Take the 45th street exit off I-5, heading west. Go through 2-3 lights, until you see a Hollywood Video on the right and Dick's hamburgers on the left. Take the very next right, heading north—that's 1st Ave NE. Our house is the second on the right with a cedar fence (only fence on the block). Park on the street. Once inside the gate, go to the left side of the house where there's a door about 1/2 way down. Ring the bell—we'll be there.
If you're heading east on 45th (coming from Ballard, Fremont, etc.):
After you pass through most of the Wallingford business district, 45th will crest at the top of a hill (street light at Sunnyside). Continue on 45th for 2 blocks. First Avenue NE will be on your left, between the two Seattle Stained Glass store fronts (green awnings) and before the Hollywood video. Turn left, heading north. Our house is the second on the right with a cedar fence (only fence on the block). Park on the street. Once inside the gate, go to the left side of the house where there's a door about 1/2 way down.
